- We will always endeavour to send out your order as indicated below but do reserve the right to send out your goods up to 3 working days after receipt of your order. Orders received before 12pm (Monday – Friday) will be processed and sent out the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be sent out the next working day. Please note that we are unable to send out packages on Weekends or Public Holidays – orders received on any of these days will be sent out the next working day (ie: orders received after 12pm Friday will be sent out the following Monday).
- If we are unable for any reason to fulfil your order in this time period then we will contact you to let you know our earliest possible shipment date. Should the delay be unacceptable to you then we will immediately give you a full refund. The shipment cost is dependent on the destination.
- Privacy & Security
- Art of Belt does not disclose customer information to third parties. We do send occasional e-mails with details of new products and offers. If at any time you wish to stop receiving these, a simple reply to our e-mail with the word “unsubscribe” will ensure that you are taken off our list.
- All your credit card and personal information is encrypted and held on a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server. This protects data during transit, in particular the credit card information, from being intercepted and misused by hackers.
- Art of Belt uses cookies to store information which is vital to your user experience. Our cookies do not in themselves recognise the individual user, but will recognise the computer you are using so that we know when you are returning to Art of Belt. They also enable us (when you check the relevant permission box) to retain your delivery details which will speed up any future purchases.
- There are several reasons why cookies are used. Perhaps the most important reason we use them is to make web shopping possible. When you are ready to purchase an item, a cookie allows our site to "remember" that you have added an item to your shopping basket. We use permanent and session cookies to enable our customers to shop and you will need to have cookies enabled to buy anything on our site. You do not need to have third party cookies enabled for our site to work.
- We may on occasion work with third party service partners to provide us with data collection, storage and reporting services. Under no circumstances are these partners permitted to use your information in any manner, other than to help us make our site more useful and efficient for our visitors.
- Most browsers will automatically accept cookies, but you can change the settings on your browser to prevent this happening. For Internet Explorer users, go to your Tools menu, select Internet Options and then go to the Privacy tab. For Mozilla Firefox users, go to Tools menu, select Options and then go to the Privacy section.
- Ordering
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and you will be advise of any price variations prior to shipment and will have the right to cancel your order. You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
- All items are usually despatched within 3 days. In the unlikely event that they are temporarily unavailable every effort will be made to get the product sourced and an estimated delay will be advised to you. If Art of Belt has insufficient stock at the time of order placement and the advised delay is unacceptable Art of Belt will confirm the address given in your order form and any sum which may have been debited from your credit card will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order.
- When you have completed the order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior no dispatch. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when you place an order on the site Art of Belt will acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify you if the price has been incorrectly featured, and amend the charge to you accordingly. Should you not wish to proceed with the transaction at the new price your order will be cancelled and you will incur no charge.
- Returns & Replacements
- Art of Belt guarantees to refund any item you are not completely happy with when returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited back via PayPal or Google Checkout within 7 days of return of merchandise to the same credit card as used for the original payment.
- You are welcome to return goods to us by post. When sending by post please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Art of Belt cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items in transit.
- If you do wish to return all or part of your order please contact us via this Contact Us form before sending and let us know your order number and which items you will be returning. This way we will know to expect your item and will be able to let you know once it has been received.
- If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will not be able to refund any delivery charges simply if you change your mind or wish to return a product that you do not like.
- Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
- Other Terms & Conditions
- All rights, including copyright, in the content of these Art of Belt web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Art of Belt. In accessing Art of Belt web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these Art of Belt web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Art of Belt
- Art of Belt shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
- Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection Act (Distance Selling Regulations) , if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.
- Art of Belt places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data. All the data that you send through, including your credit/debit card number and name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher.
- If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
- Contracts between you and Art of Belt shall be governed by English Law, and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
